The Not-So-Royal Shakespeare Company is a student-run company on campus that produces two shows a year. Generally a drama in the fall and comedy in the spring, NSRSC productions aim to modernize the Bard's text in a way that appeals to students in the Notre Dame community.

The first NSRSC show that I was involved in was "ShakesFEARe", a halloween-theme variety show. Performed 10/30, 10/31, and 11/1, the show was a huge success. My roles included the Porter of Hell-gate (from Macbeth), Demetrius (from Titus Andronicus), servant (in King Lear), and Sonneteer (performing Sonnet 119). Words can not describe how much I enjoyed this show, it was an awesome introduction to the arts at Notre Dame.
