About Me

I am originally from Rochester, NY, and I'm the second oldest of six kids, whose names all start with the letter K. I went to McQuaid Jesuit High School in Rochester, where I played varsity soccer for two years. I then attended Notre Dame, where I studied History and English.

I love playing a variety of sports: soccer, basketball, tennis, and golf, to name a few. I obtained my USSF "E" Soccer Coaching license in August 2013. I am currently in the process of earning my USSF "D" license.

Music is a huge passion of mine. I play the guitar and was a DJ for the local radio station at Notre Dame as an undergraduate (Click here for a performance at the ACE Talent Show).  I've been fortunate to attend some great concerts over the years, seeing artists like Bruce Springsteen, Wilco, Arcade Fire, and The Gaslight Anthem.

Favorite books: The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Book Thief, and Les Miserables.

Favorite movies: It's a Wonderful Life, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and Les Miserables.

Favorite TV shows: BBC Sherlock and Band of Brothers.

Hobbies: Playing guitar/ukulele, watching soccer (lots and lots of soccer), reading, and eating Scotcharoos, Mint Chocolate Chip cookies, brownies, and other baked goods.
