Being a jazz trumpeter and portrait artist, I admire the free-flowing creativity of both forms of expression. Yet, it’s important to know the proper fundamentals first, something that is also important to the First Year of Studies. I enjoy helping students learn the building blocks of a successful college experience, guiding them through the challenges they’ll face and preparing them for life beyond the University of Notre Dame. From establishing good study habits, to time management skills, to taking advantage of all the resources available to them, I can help them become the very portrait of success.
